Anyone wishing to donate items to the auction is welcome to do so! MIE is a non-profit organization, therefore your donations are tax deductable. All proceeds from the sale of items at the auction will go directly to MIE to help pay for this conference and/or future conferences.

The Macropod Informational Exchange (also known as MIE) is an annual event where marsupial owners, breeders & veterinarians from around the world can get together to exchange information and listen to veterinarians and other experts speak about marsupials and their care. The MIE is a Non-Profit Organization.

The MIE was started by Chris Thompson, owner of Peewee's Pampered Pet Products, in 2001. It was a hugh success! The first MIE conference was held in Denver, Colorado, followed by ones in Ohio, Texas, Oregon, and back in Denver in 2005.

Along with various speakers, the conference has many vendors. This is where you will be able to get valuable information and to buy items such as gifts, books, feeds, supplies, and much more for macropods as well as other animals.
